These sheets are made from 100% FOOD GRADE SILICONE and are NON-Teflon, ensuring they are free from Plastic BPA. You don't need to use oils or sprays with these NON-Stick Mats, making them a healthier option.

These sheets are great for making Fruit Roll ups, Raw Flax Crackers, Cookies, and dehydrating Fruits, Vegetables, and Jerky. The food easily peels off when dried, making it easy to clean.

The dimensions of the sheets are 14" x 14", which is the perfect size to Fit Excalibur 9 tray & 5 Tray dehydrators. These sheets sit snugly on the dehydrator tray and will not slide around or shift. They are also dishwasher safe and can be easily hand rinsed with soap and water, making them reusable Over and Over.
