The ideal NESCO FD-1040 Gardenmaster Digital Pro Dehydrator for drying and preserving large amounts of fruits, vegetables, herbs, and jerky. With its expandable design, this dehydrator comes with four trays (15.5" diameter) and can be expanded to 20 trays, allowing you to dry large quantities at once without the need for tray rotation. The programmable digital timer can be set for up to 48 hours of drying time.

The NESCO FD-1040 Gardenmaster Digital Pro Dehydrator is equipped with 1000 watts of drying power, providing even heat distribution for consistent drying of your favorite foods. The adjustable thermostat allows you to dry different foods at the proper time and temperature (90°F - 160°F) and the digital display and timer make it easy to keep track.

With 4 BPA-free trays providing 1 sq. ft. of drying area per tray, you can dry large quantities at once with no tray rotation needed, and additional Add-A-Trays (SKU: TR-2) are sold separately. This dehydrator is proudly made in the USA, using both global and domestic components.
